Hajrlla Ceku will be the candidate of Pristina's Vetevendosje Movement in local elections to be held on 12 October, she has learned COHAFrom sources.
Ceku's candidacy presentation will take place by 5:00 tomorrow.
The LVV, which won the 42% parliamentary elections, aims to reverse the leadership of the Pristina municipality after four years under the rule of Kosovo Democratic League's Rama Progress.
Rama in the 2021 municipal elections defeated Arben the LVV year in the runoff.
Other parties, apart from the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo (AAK) and Social Democrat Party (PSD), have not formalised the candidacy. The AAK will run with Beka Berisha, and the PSD with Besa Sahin. /Periscope/
