“Fadil Fazliu, as arrested, insisted that Artan Kerinni be a defence lawyer along with an international lawyer and that the Special Court tried to prevent him with all the allowed means and especially illegal means, where the conflict of interest used him as the key argument to prevent effective protection, guaranteed with all international human rights documents deprived of freedom<18x1>, is said in the KMDLN response.
On the other hand, this council says that Artan Kerkin has won several cases before the Constitutional Court of this Court as if he had won, according to them, innocence, also in some cases for his defenders.
“Conceptions identified by the lawyer, Artan Kerin, have not been identified by any defenders or by the so-called Special Court Ombudsman in The Hague. The accused Fadil Fazliu insists that Artan Kerkin, as well as his family, will be unable by brutally violating the rights of the person accused of a fair, fair, independent, impartial and politically uncontained process and by interest groups. It is man's basic right to an accused man to determine for his trusted defense attorney. If co-operation between the accused and the lawyer determined on the basis of will and trust is unable, there is no way to speak of effective defence”, KMDLNJ says in response, broadcasts Periscope.
The Council for Protection of Human Rights and Freedoms says it opposes this decision, as they have called it, disfellowshipped against lawyer Artan Qerkeyni and Fadil Fazliu, as brutal violation of human rights, flagrant violations of professional ethics and prejudice of the principle of presumption of innocence.
At the time Kosovo's laws and Constitution are severely ignored, no minimum respect is shown for the European Convention on Human Rights, which is also brutally violated. The UN's highest standards for those deprived of freedom, known as Nelson Mendele's Rules, with which it boasts that it applies to the Court in The Hague, in concrete cases and others resembles a caricature wrapped in a twedge of <x1-democratic”, while within it is filled with a judicial ugliness”, the KMDLNJ's reaction, conveyed the media.
