O V L The KLA is addressed with a letter to President Vjosa Osmani for the mandate of EULEX and that of Specialised Chambers.

We want to know whether the decision to extend the mandate has been made and whether there has been a new exchange of letters with the current EU High Representative, Mrs. Kaya Kallas, in connection with this recent decision on the mandate of EULEX and Special Court”, says the letter sent to Osman.

Your Honor. President Vjosa Osmani,

The Kosovo Liberation Army Veterans' Organisation addresses you in terms of the recent decision to extend the mandate of the EULEX Mission in Kosovo and Specialised Chambers, for another two-year period (20252027), as reported publicly by European and local media.

We are aware that in the past such a decision has been formalised through formal exchange of letters between Jush and EU High Representative.

We want to know whether the decision to extend the mandate has been made and whether there has been a new exchange of letters with the current EU High Representative, Mrs. Kaya Kallas, in connection with this recent decision on the mandate of EULEX and Special Court.

Since many of our fellow fighters are currently in custody at the Specialised Chambers in The Hague, we as an organisation are directly interested parties in the process./Periscopi/
