“We must give a strong answer to the sinonist terrorist regime. We will show no mercy to the syonists”, Khamenei wrote this Wednesday on the X platform, naming Israel a “terrorist regime”.
His statement comes at a moment of high tension between the two countries, just one day after former US President Donald Trump said the US could easily “kill” Khamenein and requested the unconditional “handover of Iran”.
Meanwhile, Iran announced Wednesday morning that it had launched hypersonic missiles towards Israel during the latest round of night-long air strikes.
US President Trump has insisted that the US is not involved in Israel's air offensive, but warned Tehran that its patience is towards the end, while the conflict between the two countries follows on the sixth day. /Periscope/
