Kosovo Energy Corporation chief union (KEK), Nexhat Llumnica, has made a public call to the KEK board, calling for the urgent start of negotiations on raising workers' salaries.
According to Llumnica, despite today's decision to raise wages for public officials, the demand submitted by the new KEK Union has yet to receive no answers on April 24th. He described the board's silence as insulting and unacceptable, stressing the daily difficulties and risks that workers face.
If the demand for salary increases is not addressed with urgency, the union warns actions in line with laws in force for union organisation and strikes.
We're asking for a living salary, not for survival,” completes the union call./Periscopi/
