Explain for consumers:
All consumers who have not chosen a licensed provider on the open market, from 01.06.2025, have automatically gone to the Last Access Supply (FMF), according to the ZERE decision.
Signing the contract with KEK sh. as the provider of the FMF is legal and inevitable duty. Consumers are obliged to formalize this contract relationship to ensure the continuation of the electricity supply.
However, KEK sh. It encourages that, after meeting this legal obligation, consumers will first link direct commercial contracts that offer more security, stability and more favourable conditions in supply.
