KEK: Covering 83% of energy demand

According to official data, KEK's daily output reaches 808 megawatt hours (MWh), which represents about 83% of the total demand declared by KESCO for the Universal Service provider (FSHU), which this week is 9856 MWh.
Meanwhile, in the B2 plant unit “Kosovo B” is implementing a capital project for rehabilitation of turbines, worth over 56m euros, the largest investment in this thermal power plant in more than 40 years.
KEK has also announced that professional teams are working consistently for the return to the function of another unit in the <x0-> Kosovo plant A” in the coming days. The move aims to further boost the security and sustainability of electricity supply for citizens and the country's economy.
KEK reiterates the commitment to a stable and constant energy supply, as well as continued investments in improving production capacities and energy efficiency.
