In the decision that “Justice Vow” has ensured, the Kosovo Judiciary Council ( The KDEC, at the gathering electronically held on June 27th, has authorized the Supreme Court's presidents, Court of Appeals, Contemporary Court and Foundation Court in Pristina to assess the working conditions, considering the possibility of suspension or reduction of work.
The Supreme Court, Court of Appeals, Contemporary Court and Foundation Court in Pristina are named to assess the working conditions (the state with high temperatures) in the Court of Justice, and, depending on the assessment, to decide on the reduction of work or suspension until the improvement of the”, it is said in the decision that “The Law on Justice<3> has secured.
