Dear citizens,
According to weather projections, July month is expected to mark very high temperatures, which could exceed 37 °C. Under such conditions, we urge you to show increased concern for your health and that of your relatives:
) Avoid unnecessary exits during peak hours (from 11: 00 to 5)
Stay in cool, ventilated environments;
) Consume as much fluids as possible, and avoid alcoholic or soft drinks;
Use light clothing, and use sun - safety equipment (caps, glasses, protective cream).
) Especially care for elderly ones, children, and people with health problems.
) In case of emergency health, call 194 or head immediately to the nearest health institution. Your health is a priority. Be careful and responsible.
