Israel shuts down embassies worldwide following Iran's attack

According to Reuters news agency, broadcast PeriscopeThe statement said that Israel would not offer consular services and urged citizens to co-operate with local security services in the event of any hostile activity.
No timetable was given as to how long the closure of embassies will last. One person who responded to the call at the Israeli embassy in Berlin did not give any more details.
“in light of recent developments, Israeli missions worldwide will be closed and consular services will not be offered”, the statement further said.
German Chancellor Friedrich Merz, who spoke with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Friday, has said Germany is stepping up defence measures for Jewish countries.
Security was added outside Stockholm's Great Synagogue, where a van and a police car were parked near the building, according to a Reuters witness.
