Meanwhile, President Donald Trump said Sunday that sanctions on Iran could be lifted if they agree to go into a peaceful uranium enrichment process.
“We still have sanctions, but if they do what they need to, if they follow a peaceful path and if they tell us that they will not cause any more damage, I will remove them and that would make a big change”, Trump said.
The White House chief explained he had rejected the Islamic Republic's request to allow uranium enrichment during negotiations.
