According to the two senior officials in Tehran, the initial attacks will target American forces in Iraq, while then they will lie down in other Arab countries that house US bases.
These warnings come at a time when President Donald Trump is considering support for an Israeli attack on the underground Iranian nuclear facility at Fordow a country that has so far escaped undamaged.
Iranian officials have also signalled that Iran could undermine the Strait of Hormuz one of the world's most important oil transport routes, which could trigger sea flow cuts and increases global energy prices.
Also, it is expected that Iran's Iranian armed rebels will resume missile attacks on ships on the Red Sea.
Meanwhile, American military carriers have been spotted passing across the Atlantic, signalling the intensifying of logistical operations by the US.
