Iranian media have acknowledged that another nuclear scientist has died in Israeli attacks in the country, bringing the official death to 10.
The death of the scientist named Isar Tabatabei Ghomfre was first announced by the University's bulletin “Sharif” of Tehran, where he was ex-student.
The university's Bulletin said he was killed “late last week at his” house, along with his wife, Mansoureh Hayissalem.
Iran earlier confirmed the death of nine other nuclear scientists.
Fereydoon Abbas was the former head of Iran's Atomic Energy Organisation, while Mohammad Mehdi Tehranchi served as president of Islamic University “Azad” in Tehran.
Abdolhamid Minucheh, Ahmad Reza Zolfari and Amirhosseen Feghhi were all members of academic staff at the University of “Shahid Beheshti” of Tehran.
Akbar Motallebizadeh, Ali Bakaei Karori, Mansour Asgari and Saeed Borji have also been killed.
Meanwhile, the 12th channel of Israel reported that Israel, within the “Operation Narnia”, killed 9 Iranian nuclear scientists “at the same time” and killed the 10 Iranian nuclear scientist immediately after that.
