Internationals are looking for a living, Rohde: In politics, compromise is needed.

The whole situation of blocking the legislative institution, Germany's ambassador to Kosovo, Jorn Rohde, calls it depressive, broadcasts Periscope.

He stresses that there should be compromise in politics.

To be honest, to me it seems really depressing, for the candidate, for the name of the Parliament itself. Many expectations for all the people who have voted, the need is compromise, and if everyone says it only I'm right, in principle it's okay, but in politics, compromise needs to be solved”, he said.

Professor Avdi Smajljaj says that with all these failures, Kosovo is coming down badly before the international factor.

Smajljaj says this is an indicator that in the country has irresponsible parties against them.

“What seems to be the constitutional obligation is not enough for political parties, responsibility to the state is not enough, citizens' votes are not enough, it is not enough for the citizens to constantly get the parties to do the institutions now, and the last mechanism that is the call of states supporting the state of Kosovo as a non-formal mechanism for parties to call on the mind, unblock the situation and create institutions.
