The forum has gathered over 150 speakers from more than 45 countries in the world who will participate in more than 30 panel discussions.
President Vjosa Osmani, during the opening of this forum on Monday, stressed the key importance of women and children in building peace.
She described this event as a global appeal for action, especially in challenging times, broadcasts Periscope.
