INSI indicts Visar Azemin for libel ? This one accused the company of “urban destruction” of Ferizaj

Institute of Science and Technology “INSI” S.P.K. has indicted Wisar Azemi, chairman of the Kosovo Democratic League branch in Ferizaj, following public accusations made to the company on the social Facebook network. The indictment has been handed over to the Ferizaj Foundation Court, arguing that Azem's post, dated June 3rd, with the title “A [...]
The indictment was handed over to the Ferizaj Foundation Court, with the argument that Azem's post, dated June 3rd with the title “, do you know how Ferizaj is being destroyed?”, contains baseless claims that seriously damage the company's reputation INSI and constitute intervention in a public procurement process that is still under way.
In the media community, INSI considers Azem's writing a conscious effort to discredit the vocational work of the institute through the language of political accusations and corruption Insinuates, notes Periscope.
What does Azem claim?
In his post, Azemi says the INSI company has won a tender of 550 thousand euros, even though it had an offer of 61 thousand euros higher than the other operator, meaning favourability or “-strandre”.
He further accuses INSI of being responsible for Ferizaj's “urban destruction” in the past, characterising the city as overloaded with unprincipled construction, concrete and lack of green spaces.
And today... they want to give us once more the right to destroy”, he wrote Azem at the conclusion of the post.
How did INSI react?
INSI calls these statements slandering and offers clarifications on each claim:
• Tender: The financial offer was only a fraction of the overall rating of only 20% of the total scores. 80% of the scores have been given to technical concepts and methodology. According to INSI, Azemi has presented unilateral and flawed information, which could be misinterpreted as misuse or legal violations.
• Transparency and business secrets: The technical documents submitted by INSI contain creative ideas, working methodology and professional knowledge protected by law as intellectual property. INSI stresses that this is standard practice and not “illegal hiding”.
• urban destruction responsibility: INSI explains that it was not the authority to grant construction permits or urban management, as these are municipal competencies, according to the Law on Space Planning.
• Procuration interference: The company stresses that Azem's statements constitute an unfair impact on a still developing tendering process.
Who's INSI?
