Himara: Waves prevented return to shore, Border Police Save 16

In a rescue operation conducted today, 16 people have sought help with the Himara Border Police because they have not been able to return to the shore because of severe waves.

Border Police officers have immediately intervened, escorting and saving the disabled, who were in danger. All of them are in good health and there are no injuries, Euronews writes.

Police have appealed for increased caution during navigation, especially in wind days and strong waves, and have invited citizens to respect security measures to avoid any danger./Periscopi/
