There's hearings in the House, today's 28th Constitution Attempt

Vetevendosje is not giving up its name. In neither of its votes, Haxhiu has received over 57 votes. To be chosen, he needs 61.
From April 15th, when the constitutional sessions began, 27 of them have so far failed. As of today it's the 28th attempt, so far there's no signal of a way out of the drive created for two months.
At the session, held Thursday, the VV fell to 50 votes, failing to pass the Commission for the election of the mayor by the secret vote. The VV has reiterated this strategy was several sessions, despite opposition from other parties to change the form of voting in the middle of the process.
Other parties, such as the PDK, LDK, AAK and the Serbian List, have proposed no members for the Commission for the secret vote. When the commission was put to the polls, they did not participate at all in the process.
In failure to vote the Commission, Chairman Avni Dehari has interrupted the session.
