The proposed candidate for Parliament Speaker Albulen Haxhiu has been declared in front of the media following the 28th failure to forge this institution.
“Sic you know 1 May has begun the proposal of the head of the constitutional session, given that there were several failures with the open vote”, she initially said.
We have not seen the minimum of the opposition's will to contribute to the constitution of the Republic of Kosovo” in any of these sessions, Haxhiu said.
