The former head of the Constitutional Court, Enver Hasani, has spoken of the long-standing crisis of not constitutionalising the constitution of Albin Kurti's decisions as prime minister in office.
On the Rubikon show, Hasani has declared that it is not expected that after the elections, the institutional system will degenerate to this point.
After the election certificate, the results of this situation have not been obvious, since, as people say, you can't imagine. There was something that wasn't expected to be channeled in this way and degeneration in this system”, he said.
Hasan has even called it a usurpation of power, the executive system in Kosovo by Albin Kurti and his cabinet, from the moment they were sworn in as elected deputies of the ninth legislature.
He says it is clear that power should be turned over with automatism when certified as MP.
The first “signs have been about holding the MP's executive position and position, is completely non-legal and non-religious, and constituted usurpation of power. Without question, all are usurpers of executive powers, because it says automatism should give up duty when it becomes an MP. Displacement in the system where the constitution rules and the law is called any exercise of public authority that has no legal basis of”.
“Pic this is so. Then there's the second phase of degeneration in the process, the moment without an ambush and anyone has changed the agenda, which is completely illegal. Because things in the process of forming the assembly have become quite clear in the trial of 2015, so that the interpretations now made are absolutely Malaysian interpretation”, Hasani said in Rubik. /Periscopi/
