Hasani: Kurti and his cabinet have been usurpers of power since they were sworn in as deputies

The former head of the Constitutional Court, Enver Hasani, has spoken of the long-standing crisis of not constitutionalising the constitution of Albin Kurti's decisions as prime minister in office.
