Goran Rakiq does not answer Special Prosecutor's call for interview

According to Special Prosecutor's spokeswoman, Arbnor Luta, Rakiq was initially invited to interview, but had submitted a medical report in which he was said to have health problems and therefore could not attend.
However, at the second invitation made by P The SRK for June 18th, currently deputy in Serbia's Parliament, has presented no reason for his absence.
In terms of the case you've addressed questions, we inform you that Mr. Goran Rakic, when he was invited the first time, has announced to the Special Prosecutor through a medical report that he has health problems and cannot appear for interviews. The SPRK has invited him back on June 18th, but he has not yet filed excuses for his absence.
