As stated in the report, on the 2602.2025, at around 1: 00 p.m. on the street. “G.” in Gjakova, exactly in his home, deliberately and with dangerous means (tricks) with which he can cause serious bodily injury or serious health injury causes bodily injury, his wife E.G., with the scratches of the injury, causes minor bodily injuries described according to forensic expertise.

Gjakova, June 23, 2025 The Constitutional Prosecutor in Gjakova, the General Department, announces public opinion that he has filed charges against defendants with G.G. initials.
According to point 1 of the indictment device, among other things the defendant with the G.G. initials, dated 26.02.2025, about 13:00 a.m. on the street. “G.” in Gjakova, exactly in his home, seriously and with weapons AK 47, beats his wife E.G., and injured I.H., who is his wife's brother that he will be deprived of life, in a way that the day critical of jealousy because he suspects that E.G. is hurting him, he is cheating.

According to point 2 of the indictment device, among other things, the suspect with the G.G. initials, dated 26.02.2025, about 13:00 a.m. on the street. “G.” in Gjakova, exactly in his home, deliberately and with dangerous means (tricks) with which he can cause serious bodily injury or serious health injury causes bodily injury, his wife E.G., with the scratches of the injury, causes minor bodily injuries described according to forensic expertise.
With these same actions, the same has committed criminal work “The light bodily launch” by Article 185, pg.3, below prg.3.2, related to prg.2, and prg.1, under the prg.1.3, KPR.
According to point III of the indictment device, among other things the defendant with the G.G. initials, from unproved time to 2602.2025 on the road. “G.” in Gjakova, exactly in his home without authorization, has kept weapons and ammunition in opposition to applicable law regarding weapons No. 05L-022.
With these same actions, the same has committed criminal work “ownership, control or unauthorized possession of weapons” by Article 366 prg.1 of KPRK.
According to the indictment device point IV, among other things it is suggested that the defendant with the G.G. initials, dated 26.02.2025 about 13:00 a.m. on the street. “G.” in Gjakova, exactly in his house, without authorization, has narcotics.
With these same actions, he committed the criminal work “Unauthorized possession of narcotics, psychotrope or analogo” by Article 269 par.2 of KPRK.
