Fatmire Haliti from the Kosovar Centre for the rehabilitation of Torture Survivors (QKTMT), following the verdict's proclamation, has said the victim has been expecting the act with much emotion.
This decision has also been welcomed by us as an organisation, but especially by the survival that I only communicated to and expected with great excitement ... This court ruling today is a satellite for the victim, which at least has been pronounced a 15-year prison sentence for the accused”, Haliti has declared.
She has said that she expects justice to be done for other cases.
