Gervailla: Failure is constitutional violation, must be resolved within 30 days

The incumbent's minister, Donika Grovalla, has commented on the situation following the failure of the session to elect the prime minister, stressing that the Constitutional Court's act has made it clear that all MPs are obliged to participate and vote.
