In her address, Gervala highlighted Kosovo's progress over the past four years, such as sustainable economic growth, doubling exports and increasing foreign investment.
She stressed that Kosovo has delivered its first 2024502027 Reforms Agency and has taken concrete steps to take advantage of the Western Balkans Growth Plan.
The minister stressed Kosovo's full compliance with EU foreign policy and support for Ukraine.
It raised concerns about destabilising actions in the region, condemning the act of aggression on September 24th in Banjska and the attack on the Iber-Lepenc channel, accusing Serbia as responsible.
Gervala also condemned the arrest of former police officer Arbnor Spahiu by Serbian authorities, naming this as evidence of Serbia's role in the attack on northern Kosovo.
In the end, it cited steps taken by Kosovo for regional co-operation, such as unblocking CEFTA and lifting visas for citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
