From Germany to Kosovo: Paco with suspected cannabis seeds seized in customs

In a regular check of a package coming from Germany with food content, a product that is suspected to be a grain of cannabis has been found in the Office for Post goods.

According to the customs report, during physical control, it was found that one of the products declared as “biophara for consumption” contained seeds similar to those of the cannabis plant in the amount of pre 650 grams.

Once the suspect is identified, the case is addressed immediately to the Kosovo Police Anti-Dog Unit, which has emerged at the scene.

Police have taken appropriate action, identifying and detaining the person who had come to get the package. The package with alleged content has been seized and handed over to police for further investigation.

Kosovo Customs and the Kosovo Police stress that they remain committed to law enforcement and preventing the introduction of banned goods in the country, closely co-operating to ensure security and order./Periscopi/
