We welcome the Constitutional Court's decision as a clear and rational call for action has so stated the German Embassy in Kosovo, following the Constitutional decision for 30 days on the constitution's constitutionalisation, Periscope reports.

For the 38th time, the Convention Constituent sessions were held today, where the vice president and vice president again ended without being elected.
The Constitutional call came as from April 15th, and so far, 38 continued constitutional hearings, but without success.
The German Embassy in Kosovo, in a response to Periscope, said it is up to political parties to have unity and find compromise to resolve the framework's impasse.
The decision underscores the importance of respecting constitutional procedures and parliamentary responsibilities, especially at a time when institutional function is foremost.
It is now up to elected members of parliament to rise up to the situation and unite in a spirit of responsibility and compromise to resolve the current impasse.
We underline the need for all sides to demonstrate the political will needed to fulfil their constitutional obligations and ensure the proper functioning of democratic institutions, it says.
Acting Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti, shortly before the start of the session, wrote on the social network, Facebook, calling on all political party leaders for a possible meeting Saturday on June 28th.
This call, the German Embassy sees it as a positive sign, as they say they expect to have constructive dialogue.
We welcome the prime minister's initiative in office to call a meeting of all party leaders. The constructive dialogue and sweeping political engagement are the key to identifying a sustainable road forward that serves the interests of all Kosovo citizens.
As the German ambassador has repeated several times: the first “country, the second party policy.”, concludes the embassy's response.
The constitutional hearing, of the new parliamentary composition released by the February elections, has started on 15 April and 38 follow-ups have been held so far.
The party, which came first in the February 9th elections, the Vetevendosje Movement, is failing to secure enough votes to elect their candidate, Albulen Haxhiu.
Until Kurti made a public invitation to political parties today, P DK, LDK, AAK and NISMA have responded positively to the invitation.
The next Constituent hearing, meanwhile, is due to be held on June 29, at 11:00./Periscopi/
