According to Reuters, the closure comes after three consecutive days where shots were reported near the relief zone, leaving dozens of Palestinians killed who had left at dawn to provide food.
The Israeli Army has declared on Wednesday that the country will remain closed for a day for “reshuffle targets”.
According to the Israeli Defence Forces (IDF), soldiers had observed movement outside the security line and had therefore fired warning shots.
However, numerous ground witnesses have reported that Israeli tanks have opened fire directly towards civilians.
It is not yet known when the relief site will be established. /Periscope/
