In a speech given in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, Gates stressed the importance of health and education in the development of the African continent.
“Delivering human potential through health and education, any country in Africa should be on the road to prosperity”, he said.
He also encouraged young Africans to use Artificial Intelligence to help local health systems. Gates has earlier announced that he plans to donate 99% of his wealth by 2045, when his foundation will close operations./Periscopi/
