Fadil Fazliu, Smajki Bashkim and Isni Klie refuse special ombudsman's visit

Former Vice President of O VL-KLA, Nasim Haradinaj, through a post on the social Facebook network has announced that even Peter Shala and Sali Mustafa have refused to meet with Special Court Ombudsman in The Hague.

Sometimes, even unwittingly, information turns out or allows for misunderstanding! The Special Court's People's Avocacy has also been rejected by Pjetr Shala and Sali Mustafa! I believe in the other detainees too! So information has to be given accurate. It is not enough to mention only Hashimi, Jakupi, Rexhepi and Kadria. They're all equal and important! I hope this isn't a deliberate mistake.

We remember that several days ago, even Kosovo Liberation Army leaders Hashim Thaci, Kadri Veselini, Rexhep Selimi and Jakup Krasniqi have refused meeting with the Special Court's Ombudsman in The Hague.

Thaci and others have complained about “inhuman treatment” from the Pre-burging Units, as well as a host of other serious offenses that, according to them, have been ignored by the ombudsman, although he is mandated precisely to address such cases.

They have even informed him that with this silent approach, he has violated the Constitution and the laws of Kosovo, as well as the European Convention on Human Rights. /Periscopi
