Explosion in Trepca, company gives clarification to the case in Stan Trg

According to the company's official announcement, the case occurred during the first shift, around 10:15.

On the date 04.06.2025, during the first shift, around 10:15, there has been a slight technical incident during the process of emptying ash from a carriers to the operational facilities of Trepca U.S.

During the opening of the truck's hose, a noise has been heard in the upper part of the tank, and a cover injury has been recorded, bringing a small amount of ash to the surface and creating a layer of dust to the object.

It was immediately intervened by the technical team, the necessary checks were conducted, and it has been found that the assistance equipment (the behavioral juice and the intestine) were functional. According to initial estimates, the potential cause is the weakening of lid bolts, which has allowed pressure to increase and damage it.

Fortunately, no injuries and no material damage were reported. After technical intervention, the device has been returned to regular function, and work has continued normally. /Periscopi/
