When online harassment turns into obsession, it becomes a security threat.
For three years, our colleague Buterie Kusari was the target of a mean campaign by Mentor Llugaliu a political activist who used social networks to degrade, humiliate and intimidate him.
He has posted for her over 100 times, using inhumane language and then targeting members of her family. This harassment was personal, political, and deeply mysterious.
This was an attack on a woman, but a warning to all women who dare to speak.
The butterfly has refused to be silent. And we stand by her, while she's taking legal steps against Mentor Llugaliu”, says the European Centre for Media Freedom response. /Periscope/
