Turkey's President, Recep Tayip Erdoğan, held telephone conversations with Qatar's Emerie Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani.
A statement in the Presidency Communication Directorate's Social Media Account reportedly discussed the conflict between Israel and Iran, bilateral relations and regional issues, reports Anadolu, broadcast Periscope.
Erdoğan said he has developed intensive diplomatic contacts over the conflict that began following Israel's attack on Iran. He has said he will continue his efforts to end the spiral of violence and that Netanyah has shown once again that it is the region's greatest threat to security.
Israeli “Sulmet cannot be allowed to overshadow the humanitarian crisis and genocide in Gaza. The developments cannot be allowed to include Syria”, Erdogan said. /Periscope/
