I went too far: Elon Musk regrets the attacks on Donald Trump

Elon Musk has said he regrets some of his posts regarding President Donald Trump after their recent public clashes, where Tesla's CEO requested Trump's dismissal and claimed he appeared in files related to Jeffrey Epstein. “I went too far from”, he wrote Mousk on [...]

“I went a long way from”, he wrote the Musk on his X platform on Wednesday morning, almost a week after he ran into the president on the same social media page, Telegrafi describes.

The clash between Trump and Musk on June 5th was a significant shock of the relationship that has defined the first part of Trump's second administration.

Both men, both fervent social media users, escalated rhetoric against each other, while Musk was claiming that Trump would not have won the 2024 elections without his help, and the president argued that Tesla was passing a difficult time” and that Musk was the tired “when he left the White House at the end of May. And now it seems that Musk is withdrawing from his stirring comments, following the telegraph.

In an X post in the morning hours, the world's richest man wrote: “I'm sorry about some of my posts about President Donald Trump last week. They went too far from”.

However, Musk did not specify which of his posts he repented of.

Musk had previously erased his claim that Trump was part of Epstein's files on Saturday, two days after posting it for the first time.

Since then, Musk has shared in the X comments made by Trump and Vice President JD Vance about the Los Angeles riots. /Periscope/
