K The ESCO reports it has been informed of a serious lack of local electricity production expected to occur tomorrow and the following days. In the most extreme case, this would mean that the entire amount of electricity for consumers in Kosovo would have to be covered through import.
Despite major logistical challenges and high energy costs on international markets, K The ESCO is undertaking all efforts to secure the necessary supply and guarantee stability in the system.
The importation of such a large quantity, however, presents considerable difficulties both technical and financial.
To minimize the impact of this situation, K ESCO calls on all consumers to apply immediate energy savings measures.
Every kilowatt-hour save helps preserve supply stability and to reduce the total cost, which would otherwise burden us all.
