Dutch Prime Minister Resigns

Netherlands Prime Minister Dick Schooff has resigned on Tuesday, hours after far-right leader Geert Wilders decided to abandon the ruling coalition, reports The Guardian.

Earlier in the day, Wildersi has said his PVV party will leave the coalition, bringing down the current government in search of new elections.

According to him, coalition partners were willing to accept ideas to change the policies of migration and asylum, for which they had sought support last week.
