According to reports, the official is allegedly involved in buying votes for a Socialist Party candidate on the open list, while a name is also missing.
The Special Prosecutor himself has not yet issued a press release regarding the situation, but there are reports that there have been four control orders against persons allegedly involved in election corruption.

On May 26th, the Special Prosecution has seized the phone of Deputy Mayor Puka Ndue Suma, under an election crimes investigation.
According to reports, Suma is under investigation for corruption in the elections, where under the legislation, she is already investigated by the Special Prosecutor, thanks to the new Strategy against Election Crimes.
An official announcement by the SPAK is still expected regarding the case.
And Suma is not the only one who is located on the SPAK site.
On May 18th, State Police have published an official report about the raids conducted on former Kavaja mayor Elvis Roshi, who is taught that they have been found in an environment owned by him, election lists and oil coupons.
Thus, adding doubts about involvement in his election crimes, following the telephone selection at the request of the SPAK Special Prosecutor.
According to the official announcement by State Police, the raids were conducted on five people, as well as in their residences.
