A 62-year-old man died this Monday in Gjilan.
Police spokesman for the Gjilan region, Valon Osmani, said the victim was traveling from the village of Velekinca towards the town of Gjilan when the situation deteriorated.
Always referring to the police, the victim has been transferred to Gjilan Regional Hospital, where his death has been recorded.
