Former State Department spokeswoman: Israeli soldiers “without doubt” have committed war crimes in Gaza

Former US State Department spokeswoman Matthew Miller has declared that Israel's special soldiers have committed war crimes with Hamas at the Gaza Strip, stressing that this is inconsistent.
