The Democratic Party of Kosovo deputy (PDK), Blerta Deliu-Codra, has reacted to Prime Minister Albin Kurti's statements on the Constitution, citing as hypocrisy the fact that Kurti is being called in the Constitution, while, according to her, he and his party have repeatedly violated it.
There can be no secret vote without legal procedure and without the involvement of all parliamentary groups”, Deliu-Codra has declared.
It has added that it cannot impose political will on behalf of constitutional rules, using institutions as the party's extension.
According to her, this approach represents the <x0thhelbin of the capture of the state” on the part of Kurti Government.
Deliu's statements come amid political and institutional stalemate in our country.
