Dehari: Constitution of the Parliament is the responsibility of all parliamentary subjects if it's numbers, it's created.

Kosovo Assembly Constituent Assembly Chairman Avni Dehari has declared that responsibility for the institution of the new legislature belongs to all parliamentary subjects, and not only to the first party.

Commenting on the political situation following the Constitutional Court's decision, Dehari said the process should continue on the basis of constitutional rules and numbers in the Assembly.

The subx0> Constitution of the Assembly is the responsibility of all parliamentary subjects. If it's numbers, it's created. If they are not, it goes to the next subject. If no numbers are found again, then you go to the elections. If no numbers are done, of course it's passed to the next majority,” said Dehari.

His statement comes a day after the Constitutional Court's act, which clearly stressed that the constitution is a collective obligation of all elected deputies in the new legislature./Periscopi/
