Deda: The Constitution said that we did not issue, but co-operation and agreement on constitutionalisation

Political analyst Ilir Deda said that with its decision regarding the assembly's constitutionalised decision, the Constitutional Court said that we did not impose but co-operation and agreement to constitutionalise the assembly.

According to him, by this decision, the Constitution said there is no changing voting mode and sėka “care without constitutionalising the assembly within 30 days (and if it doesn't apply?”.

Now, the measure that the Court said what many of us said, is there any apology from the largest party that pulled a whole country for months? Did Deda say anything to anyone?
