OEK said the Commercial Court in Pristina has made a decision to suspend the announcement of free market exits of businesses.
The ZERE is now required to suspend free market access on the basis of this decision.
Court decision:
Kosovo's Commercial Court, First Century Chambers, Department of Administration Affairs, the judge... under the indictment of the plaintiff... who, according to authorisation, represents Agron Selimaj, a lawyer from Pristina, against indictees the Energy Regulatory Office (ZRRE), with headquarters in Pristina, due to the annulment of the indictee's response to the date 03.06.2025 and the proposal for the appointment of security measures to postpone the execution of not allowing the lawsuit/proposor to use the delivery from the service outside of the general session, on 1806.

- APROVED as based on the prosecution's proposal... L.C. for setting up security measures to delay the execution of the announcement.
- EP ZU THE execution of the announcement of date 03.06.2025 for failing to allow the plaintiff/proposor to use the universal service supply issued by the Energy Regulatory Office until the Court decides with a final court ruling due to the plaintiff's indictment. /Periscope/
