The event took place this Tuesday, about 12:00 in the vicinity of Badovci, where three cars two cars and one truck were involved.
Police spokeswoman for Pristina region, Flora Ahmeti, has confirmed for Periscope that one person has lost his life and two others have been hurt.
“Today, around 12:00 Pristina Street, there has been a traffic accident between three vehicles (two cars and one truck)”- Ahmeti said.
“As a result of the accident at the scene has lost one person's life and two others have been injured who have been sent for medical treatment. The victim's death has been ascertained by the medical team at the scene,”- she added.
The policeman who lost his life was not on duty at the time of the accident and was traveling to Pristina Airport.
The regional traffic unit is being seized, while investigations are under way to clarify the precise causes of the accident. /Periscope/
