Crime in Rome: In the park are the lifeless bodies of a woman and a six-month-old baby.

One summer afternoon at the Villa Doria Pammplei Park became a nightmare after the discovery of two lifeless bodies, a baby and a woman.

The event has shocked residents of the area and has set Italian investigators on the move in search of the truth behind this dark mystery.

About 4: 30 a.m. on Saturday, the body of a young girl, about six months old, was found in an area of the park turned into a garbage dump.

Two transitions initially thought that it was a doll, but after a man approached, they understood the shocking truth. The baby was naked, with trauma marks on the right arm and leg.

Just four hours later and about 100 meters away, another macabre discovery: a woman's body hidden in a black bag. The woman was dressed but without ID.

A possible bond - mother and daughter?

Investigators suspect that both victims may be connected perhaps mother and daughter and that both bodies have been abandoned by the same person.
