Court hearings for the case today are held

Unlike the last session of three accused of the September 24th 2023 terrorist attack, three have appeared before the Foundation Court in Pristina.
Blagoje Spasojevich, Vladimir Tolic and Dusan Maksimovic, of the 45 accused of totaling the terrorist attack at the helm with criminal Milan Radojicic, are accused of committing terrorist acts, the attack in which Sergeant Africa Buxaku was killed.
At this trial hearing, the three accused had been acquitted and had not pleaded guilty to the charges they are charged with, broadcasts Periscope.
In addition to the three indictees who are being tried by Kosovo justice, 42 indictees, including Milan Radojicciqi, who publicly admitted that he led the attack to Banjska, are on the run.
On September 11th 2024, the Kosovo Special Prosecutor filed charges against 45 people in charge of criminal Milan Radoicic, who is charged with terrorism, terrorism financing and other serious criminal acts.
Kosovo authorities have called for the extradition of terrorist group responsible Milan Radoic and other indictees for the terrorist attack on Zvecan Banjsk, but that has not yet happened.
They are seeking INTERPOL and pressure on Serbia, so that it can hand over Milan Radojcicin and other criminals to the justice of the Republic of Kosovo has also been made by internationals.
The session for the “Banjska” is scheduled on 9, 11 and 12 June by 9:30.
