Dear President of the Republic of Kosovo, Mrs. Vjosa Osmani, with deep pain and a sense of great injustice, I am addressing you publicly, as the wife of a former member of the Kosovo Special Unit a man who has served the state with honour, devotion and great sacrifice. It's unforgivable and unintelligible to me and to many citizens who believe in the justice of this state you've never come out to speak publicly about him, his contribution, to the suffering and injustice he is experiencing today. He has given everything to this country, and instead of gratitude, he is facing institutional silence. Mrs. President, it is the moral and state responsibility that the country's institutions react, protect and care for those who have protected this country when it was the hardest.

Today, when my husband needs the most moral and institutional support, he is forgotten. This silence is hurting my family, our children, and all those who believed that the sacrifice for this land would be appreciated.
