According to the latest data from the Kosovo Statistics Agency (ASK), the Construction Cost Index has marked increases both compared to last quarter and the same period last year.
In the first quarter of 2025, IKN grew up with 1.7% compared to the fourth quarter of 2024.
Compared to the first quarter of 2017, the index marked an annual increase of 6.5%.

2025 compared to the fourth quarter (TM-4) 2024.
Growths had salaries (2.4%), materials (1.9 %) other costs (1.8%)
While discounting, transport (-0.8%) and machinery ® (-0.6%).

The comprehensive Kosovo Construction Cost index (IKN) grew (6.5%) in the first quarter (TM-1) 2025 compared to the first quarter (TM1) 2024.
The largest growth was energy (14.6%), salaries (13.5%), transport (5.2%), materials (4.1%), other costs (2.0%), and micentine (1.1%). /Periscope
