The United States Embassy in Kosovo said that the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo's recent decision about the blockade in the Kosovo Assembly underscores the importance of constitutional processes, while Germany's Embassy considers it a clear decision to act.
The American Embassy stressed that it is now the responsibility of political party leaders to finalise the constitution's constitutionalisation and form a new stable government in accordance with the Constitution.
“It is the responsibility of political leaders to constitute the Parliament and create a stable government in line with the Constitution”, it has said of Express a spokesman for the US Embassy in Pristina.
