The Constitutional Court of Kosovo has made the decision yesterday that obliges political subjects to fulfill the constitutional obligation for the Constitutional Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo within 30 days.
In an interview last night on the “Special edition” in Klan Kosova, former Constitutional Court Judge Kadri Kryeziu, said that if this obligation is not fulfilled within the set term, then it is against violating the Constitution on the part of all MPs.
If it doesn't, then, make sure the Constitution is violated, and the Constitution does not violate the individual, but the institution. The Constitution from all MPs, from the first to the last,”, Kryeziu said.
He added that the Constitutional Court does not have the mechanism for direct implementation of its decisions, but clearly stressed that failure to implement the verdict constitutes criminal acts.
According to the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code, obstruction or failure to comply with constitutional obligations, such as the constitution, could be punished by imprisonment of 3 to 6 years./Periscopi/
